- Our staff are all experienced weddings organisers. Janis created and ran successfully, along with Natasha, the very first wedding agency in the Highlands and now they are using their collective experience for the benefit of existing and future clients.
- We are completely independent from all wedding venues and from all other agencies. We act solely on our clients’ behalf to get you the best deals and the best service. We will tell you our honest opinion about the suitability of venues for your particular requirements .
- As venue fees escalate, we can help negotiate the best prices for you within your budget. We will always advise you if you are quoted different fees for a wedding in the following year and we will negotiate around this issue on your behalf and/or suggest alternative venues if necessary.
- We work with a range of venues and can always find you different options.
- We act as mediator between venue and clients wherever there is dispute.
- With agents in the USA and across Europe, our communication skills are second to none and we always respond to clients’ requests promptly and efficiently.
- Our business is weddings. We do not have hotels to run and other functions to organise. Our time and energies are devoted solely to your important day.
- In addition to sourcing and booking your venue, we have a wealth of knowledge and information to help you with any other aspect of your visit to Scotland – accommodation, pampering treatments, transport, restaurants, theatres, music and a host of other activities for you to choose from.
- We provide you with a wide choice of photographers, cake providers, videographers, musicians, transport options. You will not be constrained by ‘in house’ restrictions.
- We do not provide ‘wedding packages’. You are unique and your wedding should be unique. We will tailor-make your wedding according to your budget. You will not be simply ‘processed’ by us.
- We are not in the business of encouraging you to spend heavily on a large wedding. We are just as happy organising a simple wedding by a lochside as we are the more complex ceremony in a castle or luxury hotel.
- We will be personally contactable from the moment you arrive in Scotland to iron out any difficulties, to help you with any problems, and to ensure that everything you have asked for turns up in the right place at the right time.
- We will be there on the day, once again to make sure things run smoothly, leaving you to enjoy your big day without stress or strain.
- Your wish is our command. If it is humanly possible, whatever you ask for, we will source for you.
- We are the focal point for your requests so that you have no need to speak with the bar manager to arrange drinks, the chef to arrange the meal, the booking clerk to arrange the room… and so on. And we can even arrange accommodation for your other guests outside of the sometimes expensive wedding venue.
- All the information we give to you about any aspect of your wedding arrangements will be honestly and objectively presented. We have no vested interest except in the happiness of our clients.
